International Coffee Day

Do you find that coffee is more than just a morning pick-me-up for you? Is it a cherished ritual, a source of comfort, and an integral part of your daily life? If so, we have some exciting news to share with you. Emirates Airlines is all set to shine a spotlight on its extensive selection of artisan coffee offerings available in Emirates lounges and on flights to 140 global destinations on International Coffee Day.

Emirates serves over 17 tonnes of coffee annually, collaborating with esteemed suppliers like Lavazza, Coffee Planet, the Nairobi Coffee and Tea Company, as well as various independent suppliers worldwide. Economy and Premium Economy passengers enjoy one or two servings of coffee during their flight as part of the meal service.

In contrast, Business and First Class passengers can indulge in an on-demand coffee menu, featuring a diverse array of options, including decaffeinated coffee, cappuccino, iced Americano, espresso, macchiato, and Arabic coffee infused with cardamom and saffron. These coffee delights are crafted using Lavazza beans, renowned for their exquisite notes of walnut and maple syrup, or cocoa and black pepper. For those with a penchant for coffee, an affogato al café dessert is also on the menu, where velvety espresso is gracefully poured over a scoop of creamy ice-cream, culminating in a delightful coffee confection.

So, are you hopping on one of the flights?
